so ive been driving my 1990 240 with an rb20 in it, and for the first few days it has been doin fine. but just yesterday, it started acting weird. the gauge cluster lights, headligts, and like all the accesorys start to flicker, and the car even dies sometimes when i come to a stop. the battery is in the trunk, and the headlight wires, alternator wires, fan wires, grounds, etc are all hooked together under the hood and only one wire runs to the back of the car. the positive under the hood i kno arced to the body once, is there maybe a blown fuse? i cant figure it out!! ive tried reconnecting all the cables, and it still does it. i need help!

Well if the Fuse blew, then you would have NO power at all.

Sounds like you have a loose wire or maybe a wire that's grounding out when its moved

Check your grounds also.

Fix the positive terminal so that you won't have that Arching problem and see if you can get a rubber boot to cover it.

make sure you ground your battery in your trunk to something. If its not connect it, you need to insure your battery is grounded along with your engine block. So 2 main grounds, After that start checking your main fuses under the hood.
