My car idles at 1 RPM (1996 Maxima SE)

I just took my car into the shop and had the slave & master cylinder replaced. My husband & friend worked on it the first time when it ran out of fluid. The guy at Advanced Auto gave them the wrong oil to put into my car and it messed up BOTH the master & slave cylinder. I just got it back and when I was taking my son to school I noticed that it is rev. at 1 RPM. My car has never done that before. It usually sits right at the 0. The guy at the shop told my husband that it's supposed to do that, but it NEVER has before. What should I do????
