My car has been running hotter than usual..can nebody help me?

I have a 96 240sx se...It has always ran perfecctly cool and i have enevr had neproblems with it...but recently it has been rising in heat when i'm riding on the parkway...I change the oil every 3000 miles i just bought a 300zx fuel filter(which i know wouldtn do nething) but i needed it newayz... I havent gotten a tune-up for it yet, could this help me out? btw my car has 112,000 miles on it..thanks

Might want to check your cooling system, or have it tuned up.

Water pump, thermostat, etc etc

Flush your coolant system and replace your thermostat.

how do i go about that? can i do it myself? or is it better to bring it to somebody? what is the process? thanx for the help sorry if i'm car illiterate
