well jsut got some cash to play with and deceided to spruce up the ride a little, i have most of the parts, and am awaiting others and only need ot order the turbo and clutch kit etc.. i will start the build up soon...

Engine:CA18DET block bored to 84mmCP 9:1 forged Pistons & RingsCrower Froged Steel Connecting RodsPower Enterprise 1.2mm HGPower Enterprise timing BeltNew Oil & Water PumpsTOMEI 260" ProCams & Cam GearsTOMEI high Rev Valve SrpingsCustom oil coolerARP Main & Head fasteners

Clutch & Drivetrain:Clutchmasters Custom Clutch KitLightweight flywheel (not sure on which yet)balanced DriveshaftR180 4.363:1 ring gear & Cusco LSD

i am moving the intercooler into the engine bay to shorten the hot and cold pipes considerably, also with going with a smaller turbo, i am going down to 2" hot pipe and 2.5-3" cold pipe.. looking for more of a responsive setup aiming for about 300-320whp @ 18psi with full boost by 3800rpm or so

should be easy, and to run 20-22psi (if the HKS actuator allows) with race fuel and water/alchohol/racefuel injection on the drag strip hope fully will yeild a very fun/fast/enjoyable ride..

looks like i am getting another ride so i can keep the CA Silvia

If you are running Tomei procams, you don't list solid lifters? What did you do about that? Or are they Poncams?

Cool setup though.

ProCams dont require solids unless they are high lift, mine are 8.8mm i think off the top of my head. (0.3 more than stock) i dont rev the car past 8000rpm usually, and with the smaller turbo i wouldnt be passing 7500 or so, we'll see how efficent it is at high RPM.

i want to try a 256* intake with a 260* ex, but i think the 260's will do for now, i have them in my engine in teh car now and they are great.

right now looks like i may take a SR flywheel and put a CA ring gear on it, a machine shop told me they can do it easily. (yipes)
