my ca18 problem need help

ok so here is the deal my car will start up right away but it idles super low and i can have my foot pushing the gas pedal all the way down and the rpms will bearly do anything it just slowly creeps up idk whats goin on with it i dont got any boost leaks that i know of or vac leaks what could be causing this problem. i need some help asap thanks

im thinkin so to the place i take my car to they think it might be my cam angle sensor cuz they turn it like 90degrees and it started up fine and seemd to act normal so im thinking i might just need a new cam angle sensor what you think?
