I noticed that when im going WOT that my boost gauge only goes up to 0. My idle is at 20vac which is good. I noticed that my internal wastegate on the S15 turbo does not move. I tried getting a signal from the intake manifold and the hotpipe and nothing. Can this cause my motor to flood sometimes and bog?

Im running stock fuel pump and pressure regulator and injectors. I have no ECU codes.

Yeah, no boost would cause a bog. Also, how are you checking the wastegate actuator? You know that it will not open unless the manifold sees boost, which does not happen unless you are under load, so unless you were on a dyno, it wouldn't move anyway.

you could leave it on the jackstands......and get a mate to press on the brakes....that would put it under load

and then when it falls off of the jack stands with the wheels turning he may have a chance of getting it stopped....

I don't even run a car in gear on my lift! No chances!

You need the car on a dyno or a camera under the hood while driving to see the w/g actuator do its thing.
