OK, I have been floating around the forums for quite a while, and I have had a project car convertible since December of 2005. It has been a project that has undergone stops and starts several times as life has had its ups and downs. There have been glitches that people here have been kind enough to solve. She’s not pretty yet, but functional. Below is what has been done, and what is still to be done.

Suggestions are always welcomed.

1993 240SX Convertible

Engine and Drivetrain:
Redtop SR20DET
5-speed swap
Ebay short shift kit
Upgraded aluminum radiator
Electric fan assembly with t-stat
CX Racing radiator overflow tank
T28 turbo
Megan Racing equal length manifold
BRM full exhaust (Amazing exhaust note on this)
Front mount intercooler
HKS blow off valve
Optima battery relocated to trunk
Greddy turbo timer

Brakes and Suspension:
Enkei RP05 Wheels with Yokohama Tires
Rota Sub-Zero Wheels with Avon Tires
Brembo cross drilled and slotted front rotors
Z32 front brakes
Stainless steel brake lines
Godspeed sway bars front and rear
Polyurethane tension control rod bushings
Megan Racing outer tie rod ends
Moog lower ball joints
KYB Struts
Tein S-Tech springs
Moog upper strut mounts
Moog strut bushings

Body, interior, and lighting:
Coupe upgraded taillights
Smoke signal marker lights
Canadian DRL/Foglights
JDM split turn signals
LED interior lights
LED signal and foglights
S14 seats
Digital dash with HUD
Redline goods shift boot
Anniversary Edition Maxima shift knob

Still to do:
Manual boost controller
Fuel pressure regulator
HID conversion kit
PDM Racing front lip
Coupe doors and seatbelts
Reupholstered interior
Full paint job
New top
Window tint
Rear Z32 brake conversion
Rewrap or replace steering wheel
Boost gauge
Air/Fuel gauge
Keyless entry

Going to need to do something for tuning. Been thinking about the Nistune, or possibly the AEM setup. Open to and would appreciate suggestions. I am not looking for massive power, just a well tuned and smooth running car.

Thought about but unsure of the S14 Dash and door panel change. I saw it in another thread and thought it was amazing. Wondering just how tough it is to get it right.

Here are a few random pictures:

More pictures to come as more progress continues... Thoughts or suggestions?

As a quick update, the AEM wideband, turbo XS manual boost controller, and fuel pressure regulator have come in. Oddly enough I have a day off tomorrow. Happy day.

Pics to follow...

Ever get to the end? I have a 1994 limited edition, my baby. Ying to your yang... White and needs a lil tlc. How has your top held up? Im looking to replace a hydrolic rod that snapped (brother doesnt know his own strength) as well as a tentative side/rear rail. Not finding a lot of "how to" info. Would love to see pics if you ever finished :-)
