So I just purchased the car my friend and i have been working on for the last 2 years. Its a 92 240sx hatchback with a built SR. Currently running stock turbo and fuel. As of right now im trying to get a gameplan on what upgrades to do and in what order. Here is the mod list for the car as of right now.

Engine Parts
S13 Blacktop SR
CP 9:1 Pistons
BC Rods
Clevite Bearings
Apexi HG
ARP Head Studs
BC Valves/Retainers/Springs
BC 264 Cams
RAS
Mishimoto Radiator
Megan Racing DP and Test Pipe
Blitz Nur Spec Exhaust
Spec Stage 3+ Clutch
Walbro 255 Pump

Machine Work Done
Bored .20 over
Block and Head Decked
Port/Polish heads
3 angle valve job

Extras
Cusco Coolant Overflow tank
Greddy FMIC
Greddy Profec B
Innovate LC1 WB02 (not installed)
Autometer Boost, Oil Press, and Water Temp

As it sits the car has air in the lifters, and i believe the clutch needs to be bled. Also its in need of brakes, as the current rear brakes make a hell of a lot of noise. Also the ***hole who originally did the swap butchered the wiring harness, so thats one of the first things im going to replace. So here is what i have been tossing around lately, doing my research, etc. Want a few opinions. The goal is between 400-450 RELIABLY. Anything more than that and the transmission becomes a weak point from what ive been reading.

1. Wiring Specialties Harness
2. GT3071R, Deatschwerks 810CC injectors, Aeromotive FPR w/ gauge, Enthalpy tune, Z32 MAF
3. 5 lug conversion, wheels, tires
4. Coilovers and complete suspension
5. Paint and body. 180sx type x front rear and skirts

Also within the next month or so I plan on ordering components for a carputer setup, along with BLAZT software.

So what do you guys think about turbo/fuel choice? right for my goals? what AR should i go? Also, i want to run 275's in the rear, but im not sure what offsets i would need to run that.

well in my opinion, you should the z1 mortorsports 1000cc injectors (in case you'd like to have a race map) would prolly go with a haltech or better yet, AEM. this way you wont need a MAF, which i've read in several threads that is an hp limiter...

also, to go with the BC cams, id rather spend the money with some of the old HKS cams (they have their own ebay store) to which are being sold by HKS themselves for very lil money! (exactly what i did...) and you could go solid cams intead.

the 3071R would be a nice get, i have the full-race kit with the 76R and sometimes i wish i had gotten the 71R due to spool time but the power up top is very much welcome!

finally, even tho you'retrying to go spec stage 3+, id prolly save it for a "cheap" twin disc clutch as i have the spec stage 4 and it is very rough for street use... as far as i know, im making 400 whp on a mustang dyno with a KA transmission and havent had any problem, what i have read is that when you go with slicks is when the transmission begins to tear. no due to certain (400-450) whp

Well from what i have been calculating 810cc injectors ran at 4bar should be good for over 500hp at 75% idc, so i think i would be good with that. My goals are only 400-450whp. The cams are already in the car, along with all the other internals, so ill probably stick with those. Also everything else in the head is BC it only makes sense. Yeah, thats the thing with the 3071r i wouldnt have to upgrade the manifold, and if i did want to later i could probably just get a t3/t4 exhaust housing for it. As far as the clutch goes, ill stick with what i have until something goes wrong. The car wont be driven but 1-2 days a week, as i have a company vehicle that i drive the rest of the time. Thanks for the input though! Its nice to have some outside ideas to compare to.

If i was u, i would buy a Cosworth head gasket, just as good if not better than all the JDM gaskets. But without the price tag, check out the results they got.
