My BRAKE light stays on going around corners

1993 Nissan 240SX W/O ABS

The handbrake light comes on going around sharp corners and corners too fast then goes off about 3 seconds after the turn. Also I just had to drive through a flooded street (the rain was at in the middle of the pop-ups) and now there is a loud scraping noise while deceleration and slow acceleration, and its all th time while driving. Can someone tell me whats wrong?

put brake fluid in you master cyl. but check your brakes first you might need brakes usually what the brake light indicates when the fluid transfers to the claipers.
