I would just like to make sure I'm not forgetting any major parts or mess up anything big. These are the parts I am getting:

Wheels:S14 SE with 205/55ZR16 Kumho Supra 712's

Front:Rebuilt 30mm Iron Z32 CalipersBrembo xdrilled/slotted rotorsStainless LinesAxis PadsRussell Speed BleedersMotul Brake Fluid5 lug conversion hubs

Rear:NEW S14 SE 5 lug hubs with wheel bearingsS14 SE stock rotorsS13 caliperRussell Speed BleedersS13 PadsGetting SS lines, rebuilt calipers and new rotors later.

Basically, I want to keep the S13 calipers out back so that I don't have to mess with the ebrake. And just use S14 rotors. Stock or aftermarket, I'm not sure yet.

Is there anything else I need just to do the conversion? Again, I don't want to start the swap and not be able to finish it. Do I need new axle bolts and/or new cotter pins?

TIA.

I already have the tires, so it's too late.I don't need the ebrake conversion, but thats good to know it is available. And I thought you only need S14 ball joints for the front. Up front I am getting conversion hubs. Don't need any of the S14/Z32 hybrid crap that everyone goes through. It's just pull old hub out, put new hub in.

Unfortunately, that kits not ready yet. I asked them about it a few weeks ago, and it sounds like the e-brake kit is months away (personally, I'm beginning to doubt if they'll ever produce it).

If the Z brake pads are anything like the 240SX ones, you'll need new pad shims. The 240SX FSM says to always replace the shims when changing the pads. When the FSM speaks, I listen.

Pad shims.... can I get just those from a dealer? I don't know if those are included in the HT kit.

I just got a quote for shims from a local nissan dealer and it was like $50 for all of them. I thought that was a bit much but what are ya gonna do. Btw, where did you get your calipers from?

In case you didnt know, the s14 rears are the same as the s13 rears.... Same mechanically operated internal caliper e-brake, same everything, just newer :)

And on the kumhos, im getting ready to toss my set off finally, and good riddens. There are better tires for the same money...

Don't get those conversion hubs. They cost too much money. Just get the S14 5-lug hub, any s14 spindle, and the s14 ball joints pressed into your LCA. Your LCA can probably benifit from the new ball joint anyways and you'll save money. Just my $.02.:icon18

I'm not sure what the consequences of not using the shims are, but you can probably get a much better deal online. I try not to order anything at my local dealership since they always charge too much (even with shipping factored in).

WHERE DO YOU GET CONVERSION HUBS?! Sorry for caps, but I've been looking around and I haven't found a single one this side of the ocean (US). Hwo much are they? I am really interested on puttign 5 lug conversion hubs on my s13, front and back, and just gettign stock sized (5 lug drilled) rotors for the back and Z32 brakes up front, which would be optimal for me.Again, where and how much?

Jspec can get them for you...I've never seen them sell the rears though...no reason anyway, you can take them right off a z32 or a s14 (or get them new from a dealership), no modifications.

They are expensive, like $450 or something.

Found it:http://www.jspec.com/4to5lughub.html

Anyway, I guess it's not too bad for the front considering the hassle it is to change balljoints and all, but for the rear it makes no sense.

Sorry Dori Dori, I'm not going through the hassle of a frankenstein front end. Just getting conversion hubs. I am getting them from phase2. Little bit cheaper.

As for the shims... I will get a better dealer price, but we'll see... I don't want to buy all 4 because i'm not using z32 brakes all the way around

As for master cylinder. That will have to wait a little while. I'm gonna try to pick off a used one at the z graveyard.

Hmmmm...interesting. I really wish those conversion hubs were more readily available here. Whoever can become the distributor for one of the companies that makes those would be rolling in the $$$.

Do you mind saying how much Phase2 is charging for them? Who is the manufacturer? Is it Attain?

if you got your calipers from auto zone, you will need the pins that hold the pads in, and the smaller pins that hold those pins in.it is something like $27 for them at my local dealer.
