My BOV doesn't surge at all

Okay, I have a TurboXs blow off valve which is proven to be one of the loudest on the market, but the surging sound is a disappoinment, I hear nothing at all. But I think the problem is that the BOV was not mounted to the intake...take a look and tell me please if I need to recirculate the bov. http://youtube.com/watch?v=sfftylizTrw

Well dude, I dont know if you just bought this car, or paid someone to do all the work but, Your BOV is recirculating. See the huge silver pipe coming out of your BOV going to the other side of the engine bay? Yeah, its shooting the air back into your intake. If you want the whoosh sound, take that pipe off, although I would advise against it.
