Haven't had an intercooler installed so I've been keeping the boost at the wastegate setting (7psi) and I've been alright w/the E85 (no detonation). Regardless, you can tell, that even with the low boost, it's starting to heat the air up in the top end and the power falls off (stock cams don't help, LOL). This monster should help keep the intake charge, at or below ambient.

I got it used off ebay. For a steal. I paid $150 shipped for the intercooler and pump. The pump is a Sherwood Aqua Tiger. It's overkill for this setup, but it's what came with it. I might sell the pump and buy something cheaper and use the difference to buy the piping I need. The nice thing about this one is that it's self-priming (meaning it doesn't have to sit below water level) so I can mount it wherever I want, which would be nice.
