Fiberglass it and then use a body filler.

Why don't you just go to a junkyard or check the classifieds. In the it will probably be more inexpensive than trying to fix considering your labor or that of someone else and materials necessary to get it right.

No, that's not fixable, just get a new or used bumper cover and get it painted to match.

There is this dude on the forum who can get you really cool custom stickers for cheap.Get one of those, pull out your bumper cover, ductape a cutout cardboard from the back to fill up the space, then put on the bumper sticker.

While you have the bumper cover off, you might want to check the bumper core for rust and sand, prime, paint as necessary. It's an old car after all.

Haha yeah it is an old car, but i have tried my best to keep it as clean as possible.here is how she looks except now there is a hole in my bumper

Before it had the hole on the left side of the bumper sigh

cardboard will TOTALLY hold up to moisture.

i LOVE ^^^^this^^^^ kind of 240 owner. they really make me proud that i have over half a brain.

dude not worth fixing it, just go to the junkyard and pick up another bumper.
