Thats right guys. I can now call myself a proud owner of a CA18DET. The truck got in at 6 this morning with it. I am so happy. All i got to do is figure out what i am going to do about the harness and I will be dropping it in. I am thinking within the next 2 weeks it will be in. I will post some pictures of it later on.

also is anyone here with a CA going to nopi this year? I am going to be there and i think it would be great to meet some of you guys and check out your car.

Ok guys I did almost everything today besides taking the engine out...everything is unbolted and ready to be pulled. Goin to Pull the KA tomorrow.

thats cool good luck on the swap cant wait to get mine either? if you dont mind me asking where did you source your motor and for how much? about the harness try getting with some guy over in europe they would probably get you a new one from nissan.........just a thought

i got my motor from jspecautosports.com and it was 1249 shipped. I got a full harness but they sent me the wrong ecu so i am in the process of sending that one back. That is all i am waiting for but i also got to find a new blue connector for the wiring harness because mine is a little broke.

ok guys... as of 8:30 eastarn I am no longer a KA driver...The KA is out and i am getting ready to paint the engine bay..i got some cool pictures i will post up here later
