The mesh grill can actually look pretty good but I am not a fan of having mismatched lower and upper grills. I would do them both in the same black mesh. The text on the lower grill isn't my style so I'd probably forego that.

Me personally I would paint them both the same color black or leave them the silver they are. I wouldn't put letters on either of the grilles because to me it would look a bit ricer in my eyes. That's just my opinion though dude. It's your car and maybe it would look WAY different when it's actually done and not photoshoped.
