looks powerful, but why are people so obsessed with what they can shake/pop? Everyone nowadays just wants to wake the neighbours (which is awesome) but are there any of us out there anymore who just want to drown out the road noise on the highway and have a nice pure bass line!!

350W rms eh! how are the two subs connected? is taht a mono channel amp? thats a nice setup man i havent seen blaupunkt components for a while

yeah thats a solid deal! nice work, up until recently we never saw people with factory head units and subs. If i didnt love my deck so much i would have stuck to the factory one too.

yeah what i really want to do, and considering this is my dads car, im only 15, but i will be getting it next year so i have been treating it like its mine, and detailing it every week 2 weeks for the past 2 years , what i like is the cars that are older than like 2005, since if youve been in newer cars the exterior looks nice, and the interior looks like a wooden wagon, with cheap plastic materials etc.

what i want to do is my field is computers and networking since i go to a tech school for it and knew alot before i even started i want to take college courses and finish close to an associates by the time i graduate high school.

is put a 7" touchscreen up front, im thinking in the trunk on the right, take off the sidepanel and i think theres enough room to put a small custom built pc, and if not a laptop, and have the wiring for monitor etc go up to the touchscreen, pretty much car pc, and then on my phone take a unlimited data plan for like 30$ and whenever id get in the car i could have it connect to pc using bluetooth and have the pc use the data plan, so internet in car also

LOL dude you are exactly like me

i also took over my car from my dad, he drove it for a year, then wanted a truck so he got an 06 frontier and gave me the qx4 and ive always babied it.

I also was very into computers and networking in highschool. I ended up building pc's and stuff and started taking a computer engineering course in high school as well as autoshop. My teacher was also a teacher at the college and taught us way more than we needed. I got super into it

at the end of highschool i was repairing cell phones for cash and that was awesome.

Now im in college, well not NOW but ive got one more semester and im done. Right NOW im working for blackberry repairing phones

I had the SAME plans as you but when you have to pay for your cars maintnance, insurance, tuition...you need to realize is it really worht it? thats why i have my setup. functional. I use my phone alot in the car and listen to music...i dont need internet access doing 120 on the highway!! lol but hey go for it!

i know i dont need internet access at 120m, but also at the times at traffic, or even to check something without having to go home,

and what i have is a program at my high school, where you go to tech school either am and pm

then you take your 4 core courses which is what i am doing, but honestly, im self taught with computers, servers, etc, i actually run a business fixing pcs, designing home networks, security camera installations, and alarm systems. but im only in the computer class cause i get 50 -75 % grants off the college courses so i pay like 70 bucks for a 400 dollar course.

and also what i hate is like the stereo type alot of people get about teenagers etc, i actually have class style and taste.

i also hate when they advertise like scion tc's and mazda 3's for teenagers, cause there safe etc etc

any day id take a 1999 mercedes s600 over those peices of s***s, and i think i feel much safer in my s600 tank that weighs like 600 pounds more than the pathy, than a scion tc, and plus the acceleration on them you can take g37;s.

or a 300zx, 2001-2003 acura tl, 2000 mb c43 amg,

not really dream cars but cars i want after high school, a used 2006 maserati gransport for about 35k you can get, and a 2005 bmw m3

i like to customize cars, but i like to keep a sleek clean look, like you put 20;s on this pathy, do some chrome, etc, detail it up, drop it 2"s and its sleek as hell with class, not like ricer s***.

haha im planning in the future, when i get more money, is get a custom box made for 2 15" fi btls, they can take about 2000w each, but id only run like 1500 to each one, then id replace the 4 bose speakers with better ones, and the 2 tweeters up front, and add 2 more tweeters in the rear, but still keep it sleek ,and looking like factory but it would play so nice.

thats how to do it! clean and sleek

i'm considering the BTLs for my future setups as wellits a great way to get the sound of 18s without the added trouble
