I recently picked up a set of Altima e-fans for my S13 I'm trying to finish up and heres a link to my shroud modification, its a little different from many of the mods I've seen so if you want just check it out. I'm not the greatest with write-ups but I did my best, it may help someone out, it may not...just figured I'd offer it!
