MY altima and I are parting ways

Final straw has put me over the edge. I've put up my altima for sale and hope it goes quick. I'm going to the accord coupe or another coupe in the same class. I took it in because it was making noise and th edealer told me my exhuast pipe welds broke!! Then, he told me that my clutch making a ton of noise was 'normal'. I'm not driving around with a creaky cluth and grinding. Even worse.. the part is on back order for 2 motnhs for the exhuast. A speaker is busted so they're fixing that too. After 2 heatshields.. 2 clutch pedals.. 1 exhuast.. 1 speaker.. and a new glove box.. i think enough is enough. I should enjoy the car.. not dread getting in it to hear the new creak or rattle.. since the car is a manual trans.. the dealer told me there's a huge mark up since its got a huge waiting list and if i sell it private party i won't lose anything and maybe make a little bit.. i talked to my dad and he agreed. enough is enough. if i find a car i can buy in the same price range and can get rid of this thing..

Sorry my freind. Yup.. still short of cash but i explained to my dad the whole situation and he's helpin me out. Also.. the dealer told me that since its a 6 speed i wont lose much bc of the long wait for manual trans. I'll explain the situation to whoever buys since tehy deserve to know.

What are the lemon law statues in NJ....sounds like theyd should give you a new car to me....get the new car and sell that....itll be less head ache for you....and as LBC said...beter karma!
