At the rolex, your ticket is good anywhere in the grandstands and also in the infield. We never touched the stands, theres no reason to go out there. We had garage passes along with infield camping. Upon arrival the infield was full. So we parked outside and walked in for the start of the race.
I was drooling over this:

And let the racing begin!

We then headed to the backstretch area:

Next stop, grassroots motorsports tent:

Next stop was the bar. I had myself a couple Strong Island Iced Teas then we ventured over to the Chevy booth.

Then on to the sprint fan zone:

We then went down into the garages to see what was going on. Now THIS was cool:

These GT class RX-8's sounded so beastly. They were quick around the track, too

The infield began to clear, so we brought our cars in and scouted out an amazing camp site. Welcome to camp 240:

We built a fire, cranked some music, and drank ALOT

Someone had a couple beers too many, and fell asleep lol

I walked over to the track around 4:30 am to watch. I attempted to take pics, but they all turned out like this

I then called it a night and slept in my tent for a couple hours if that. We packed our gear the next morning and moved closer to the action in the infield:

Then, a final trip over to the garages:

And then one final walk around before the finish of the race:

All in all, the weekend was absolutely epic. We made it the whole 24 hrs and had a blast doing it. Until next year
