While I certainly don't know if you have experienced this problem previoiusly (who else would?), others have. About 3 previoius threads including words like Fix This Stumble.

Premium fuel is priced between $2.07-2.20 in Maryland today, regular at 1.91-1.99...............about 20 cents per gallon difference to your wallet, but worlds apart for your engine!

Do you think the bad gas cause this problem

I am having the same problem, and I ran a code scanner on mine. Both knock sensors are gone. So, when my new ones arrive, I will be doing a thorough write up and inspection while stuff is apart.

It starts with a bad owner employing the wrong grade of fuel, no matter if that grade is good or contaminated fuel.

Hasn't proven to be a problem yet on FGY33, but doesn't mean it won't develop into one.

What work?

There is no "right cost", only what he bids to repair and what you are willing to pay.

I personally would not agree to any repair in that amount that I did not understand from a cause and cure perspective unless it was explained in detail by a senior Infiniti technician. Any "mechanic" not familiar with the VH41DE is probably just guessing.

I would address the #8 misfire first.

p0325 is typical nissan knock sensor failure{not causing your current problem,but fix anyway to maximise power and mpg}

p0308 is cylinder number 8 misfire.....could be worn out sparkplug,but most likely failed coilpack on this model- replace all 8 plugs while in there to swap coilpack

change #8 coil to a good used or brand new coil, and change spark plug while your there .$150 max if you do yourself, if not add $50 max for labor#8 cyl is on pass side closest to back firewall change both knock sensors and rest of spark plugs when its time to do valve cover gaskets or within 6mo. whichever comes firstimmediately change air filter and fill with supreme gas and 1 bottle of isoheet

This is where you dump your know nothing about Infiniti Q45 mechanic now!

Bosch plugs are known to have destroyed VH engines.

Use only the OEM specified NGK PFRG plugs!

You really need to to retrieve your car from this clown, sit down and read the OM and FSM, then read Q45tech's posts so you can get a clue about how to evaluate to which technician to trust your car. Honestly.

And that's the difference between deferred maintenance and preventative maintenance.
