My 96 Nissan Maxima failed emissions test

My 1996 Maxima failed the emmissions test. The car has been well maintained but the check engine light has began to come on but it usually goes after.The trouble codes are PO150 02 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1) and PO130 02 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1). My tags expire Monday. Sea Foam usually makes it go off. Any other suggestions? Nothing seems to be mechanically wrong with the car.Thanks
