My '95 Maxima dies while I'm driving!

So I have a huge problem...My car doesnt work like a car should! For the past few months my car will just die while I'm driving. It only does this at low speeds...never on the interstate. When the car dies it normally sputters so that I know its about to go and can sometimes prevent it my slammin on the gas which isnt too safe in traffic lol. It also has problems starting sometimes. It'll start and the die alot. does anybody know what this might be...I've tried to get it fixed 4 different times and nobody has done anything but waste my money!e

um u might want to check the maf it sounds likeyour engine isnt getting enough fuel

Sound like my 95 when the MAF died

Was it perfectly fine before this happened?

Yeah. My car runs great until it quits. When I come to a stop it begins to stutter and then it dies. Also, when I go to restart the car it takes a while for it to start up again...still an MAF problem?
