The day has finally come where i got to take the car back home to refit the engine and transmission back in and take the time to save for the paint job. once it goes back to him it will drive in get its final treatment of the body lines done and paint and cleared and drive out something never done before for the 3rd gen or any actual maxima

so haven't posted much in a whiles been busy with life and work. Have got the car back together but most recent nightmare is an electrical problem. so here are some pictures to update those who do follow.

What was the electrical problem?

car starts and idles up to operating temp. turn off went to wire in load resisters for the led turn signals. Go back to turn the key to acc to turn lights on all power is lost in the vehicle. Changed ignition switch with a new one. Still same problem. So now going to be growing through the electrical and start replacing ground wires with thicker new wires. Just haven't had the time or drive to mess with it with a promotion interview that came up and I was passed up for the position for a pothead lower qualified employee. So right now honestly more on the drive to find a new job where the employer takes more care about a hard working employee.

What's up guys sorry I've been absent and not posting updates. Maxima is almost to the point to driving /flex testing body work. Then off to paint hopefully beginning of march. Can't currently post pictures but once I'm home I'll post some.

this last picture was just me getting lucky and being friends with a r32 skyline owner who happen to have a set of gtr 34's and needing to sell them. So I picked up a second set.

Car out at my friends rim and tire shop. First day of driving it with the modified body work done.


Wheel off so I could get access to fix my water pump/power steering pump belt tensioner.


First owner got the idea to install a second adjustable later link on one side and then not readjust the amount it was pushing the tire out on both adjustable lateral links. o.O





These last 4 images was me working on getting the dash back in and all pieces to the interior reassembled.

Just sad how much negativity there is from the maxima enthusiasts around the world. Not to say its all negative because there is lots of positive reactions but an equal share of negative. Sad that locally by other types of car enthusiasts i get more positive feed back.

Upside my build was shared by nismo on there fb page granted it was very short but non the less i got my recognition by such a big name to the nissan community.

Color is still the same. TK3 sapphire blue metallic.
