right rear fender smoothed out now it just needs primer and the left rear fender and trunk the same way then primered and moving on to the front and rear fender flares. then from there shaving side moldings on the doors and doing a couple of rust repairs and a dent removal on the roof. And applying $ door skyline power folding mirrors and she should be done until i get the Do luck front bumper east bear sides skirts and maybe even rear bumper. had to change my mind on side skirts and rear bumper once i found out from a japan vender that Nismo discontinued the S tune rear lip.

more updates. so today he posted some pictures of it underway with primer then all back together. Of course he forgot a thing or two which i pointed out needed to be addressed as we had talked about and he will be getting those things done. so here we go more pictures of now the completed conversion of the rear end. minus the add on fender flares we are doing and to come later different r34 25 sport 4 door skyline rear bumper maybe from east bear. still deciding that one.

Now we have moved towards trying to get the fender flares up front and in the rear done but another problem as usual lol. Trying to keep the body line at the bottom to match the rear to the front i had to drop the idea of skyline 4 door side skirts. One because cost and time and two because honestly we are going to chop up most of what the side skirt is to get the lines we are after. So i ended up making the decision to hunt down a side skirt sold in the united states and ended up deciding on the 4th Gen maxima duraflex Evo side skirt.

More flare work and some side skirt work as well. Reason some of the flare isnt molded is because we are going to be doing a two pice on it were some of the flare is molded to the bumper while the rest is to the fender. but i need to get the proper bumper before i will tell him to mold it to it. Progress :D

And here is some updates on the flares and side skirts. Currently the parts are on and done for the most part just in the last stages which is block sanding and then primering til its time to paint the complete car.

Update to the progress, been busy with work and gathering the money for the next part which is no being done.
Adding images of side moldings being removed and filled and the next part about to be added. I do expect maybe some ask why or dislike it but I prefer it over the wing currently on the Skyline/Maxima trunk lid. mind you yes its ugly on the stock wheels with the way the fender looks with stock rims but I rather not leave the gtr wheels out at the body guys place.

Side molding removed and filled with metal welded and working and then primered.

change up in type of lighting within the tail lights. LED stop turn and reverse light sockets.

Wing being replaced. (for those would like to see the difference i have the picture of the old wing posted prior to this scroll back.

Now to wait for the body guy to finish this part up and keep working at gathering the money for the next part plus application cost lol.

well it's been a while but having a bumper made by do luck by hand takes time plus when it was about to be shipped out was the time that union workers at the docks decided to strike. So do luck held on to the part as they told the vendor im getting it through. That they didn't want there parts stuck at sea because of the strike at the ports going on. Now it shouldnt be long til the bumper comes into port and gets on its way to my body guys shop.

Then i recently ordered a hood not the one im after as i want to get this car back and on the road while the Auto Select DS carbon fiber hood is made and shipped form Japan. so this is what i decided to use while i get the CF hood. again this is only while i get what i really want but i cant be waiting for another 3 months while the car show season passes by.

Sounds good! How were you able to get all those parts? Well, I've never really known anyone to look for skyline parts, I'd think it'd be a bit difficult.

parts are sometimes hard to find but not impossible to find. just takes the ability to search and find. also sometimes negotiating cost of parts. front clip was already in the united states. rear clip came from eastern canada. power folding mirrors straight from japan as well as a extra set of 34 4 door tail lights. the gtr 34 rims i was fortunate to have a friend who knew someone with a gtr 32 looking to sell the gtr 34 rims he had that came with his 32. Do luck bumper i had to contact Do luck japan directly who redirected me to Bullet proof automotive. hood is a 324 skyline conversion hood meant for a 32.

Yeaaa I dont have the patience, I wanted to get an Australian or cefiro lip for the i35. Gave up after like 2 hours. Now I've decided that before I give in to ionic dynamics, I'm going to try and make my own front n rear lip. Which will honestly probably end up looking like an ionic dynamics lip. Lol not bothering with side skirts. Just gonna look for the sport side skirts.
