My 91 240sx will not start, with fire/fuel

I was out playing around with a neon (just for kicks)My car shut down at 115 or whatever the speed regulatorshuts them down at. Well it came back on for about 10 seconds then shut off again, for good. I know that there are vacuum leaks, but the car ran before. I have replace pretty much everything, and still cant figure out why its not running. Calling the mighty force of the Nissan, someone help please
