Alright so im new to the forums. Ive been searching and searching for the answer to my problem. Let me start by telling you the story.
I baught this 91 240sx rust free for 2k runs and all. I look under the engine and notice that it has a ka24e in the bay when it should be the ka24de. So im guessing it was swapped out for it. So i baught a ka24de to throw in. The problem here is the power steering situation. Its on the left side of the engine. Does this mean i need to get a whole new rack, lines and pump? I dont know what i need. If someone could guide me that would be great.
    Thanks in advance!

Hey man very odd situation lol. Didn't you look under the hood before you bought it? Honestly save yourself the time and money and just leave power steering out. You won't have to worry about power steering belts breaking, power steering leaks and drifting with power steering sucks. It will feel impossible to drive for the first little bit but after some getting used to you'll love it. Plus you might loose a couple lbs to.

      Welcome btw. :dblthumb:

The hoses are different, but the racks are the same. Just get new lines if you decide to go with a DE.
