my 90 s13 only blows air from ac and heater no heat or cold

any one know if the problems are related my s13 only blows air
with the heater it wont get hot
with the ac it wont get cold, heard it may be the compressor for the ac
but want to know if the 2 may be related, am i missing a part or something?

If youve already checked your fuses and relays, Your climate control unit is probably shot, swap it out with a friends and see if it works
