my 90 300zx electrical nightmare no dash light

hello everyone i got this crazy problem with my car.I purchased it knowing that the dash light wont come on ,price was exelent and i assumed burn fuse ,however after looking and testing all of them i cannot figure out whats the deal .There was one missing fuse for the room light door lock and when i install the fuse there the dash light will come on even if the headlights are not on and i took it out to prevent murder of the batery.I looked around and there was cable going to the stereo from the fuse box that some brainiack adder and i removed it hopping this will solve the problem but not.Now i have no constant to the radio and i removed it as well with the harness.I inspected all fuses and relleys that i saw.Please if someone here had simmular ishues or any guesses send them out im out of ideas on this car
