my 4th gear is jacked above idle

the shifter wont go into 4th gear when im above idle, but when im like at a stop sign, it will go into 4th gear just fine....can anyone take a guess at what the problem is?

your syncro is none exsitant it sounds like. I couldnt tell yea dollars wise. Do you plan on having someone else fix it or do you plan to tackel this your self?, it requires using at least a 2 ton press.
