i traded my "rebuilt" honda with a busted frame/windsheild/axles plus $1000 for an sr20det with HKS everything, straight 3" turbo piping..seemed worth it at the timeNismo775 wrote:good prices for the cars(sept for the sr)
and welcome to nico.
not ebay+better than stock=not a wasteand why would taking the 3" exhaust off my project car be common sense when i dont have a 3" downpipe on my daily single cam and my sr will be runnin in a month or less--perhaps u are but im not one whos quick to judgehbpignosePA wrote:it was a waste cuz its obviously egay or muffler shop special
and you have 2 non running cars
common sense would have been to use the cat back off one of the other cars

o well perhaps im stupid
gooood thing i dont live in fl..oklahoma isnt super strict as far as i know..they easily coulda just gave me a warning but the cops were boredFibre guy wrote:That's a hefty court case. It's very important to switch the vin plates with the dash. Depending on the state they normally keep those cars and crush them. They might just assign the car a new vin and make you pay the impound fee with the vin assignment fee. But trust me when I say those fee's aren't cheap.
harsssshness! i had the title for the car signed but had not yet been transfered..the uncracked dash came from a friends car who gave/sold it to me and all the vins came up clean..but its illegal to have the vins not match i guess..i wasnt even driving it on the road..its my project!and they said they came over because someone called and complaied about something-knocked on the garage..i opened it obviously and things went downhill from there =[they literally looked through the books to find something to get me on..for what reason other than boredom..i have no cluefiznowler wrote:Did you have the car registered? Why would the cops just show up to ask what you were doing? This story sounds like some hot bulls***.
