NICO .. hello to all

1st . my apologies if my " new topic " is in the wrong section . this is my 1st time on here .

as of right now .. my dd is a 1989 Nissan Skyline gtst , ALL IS LEGAL !! its mostly stock , dont really plan on doing much .

looking to add another skyline to my collection in the next couple weeks ( if all works out ) , idk we shall see

By the way, you plates are from Shinagawa, Tokyo and the 88 number at the top would not be the correct series for an R32. If you wanted to be correct, you would need a 500 series plate for it.

500 plate for reference, i would also like to know how you got it over legally, i would like to bring my beater back home to the states, even though its not the prettiest or fastest, i've grown fond of it.

He didn't because it's not 100% legal. I'll bet the guy that sold it to him or imported it for him told him it was though.

the 88 plate would fly if he had a CB radio or PA system in it. People wre doing that for a while to make Shakken easier.

in his for sale ad it says"unfortunately , i do not have the papers for importations . although they can be retrieved by contacting DOT and submitting the Japanese Vin"

Dude, i highly reccomend against that if you plan on keeping your car. That car is not federally legal. Its From canada and grey market(nothing wrong with that in my opinion). Very nice looking 32

lol .....

the original owner , 2 previous before myself has the all papers . i did not require them b/c everything is legit .

if it would make all of the nonbelievers believers i will aquire the papers for whoever needs them .

if the car is not legal i wouldnt say it is , its not that serious to lie abt a car and its status w/ info that can EASILY be inquired

hmmmmm , and to be an illegal car .. isnt it weird how it is titled , insured , and was tagged as a NISSAN SKYLINE .

i have to prove nothing to any1 nor do i care if every1 thinks the car is not what i say it is . if there is a serious buyer , i will show FULL PROOF OF THE IMPORTATION AND ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTATION

very nice car, don't listen to the haters. There are quite a few skylines, s15's and such here in the state's that are legal. If you don't mind...what's insurance like on that?

lol my plans r to sell it . im going back home and dont really need the car .

my original plans were , upgrade the turbo and some wheels .. thats abt it

First of all, im not a hater! I own a grey market r32 skyline too. Registered,insured and titled as a nissan skyline same as you stated. also,I didnt say your car was illegal i said it wasn't federally legal. Nice 32 for sure
