My 300zx Twin Turbo swap wont fire up

ok i have a 1990 300zx NA to TT swap have everything under the hood im using a Q45 fuel pump as i was told they have simalar traits it first wouldnt start just turn over so i did a little test by adding starter fluid ( i know bad idea) and it started just for 5 seconds so i know i have spark meaning my PTU is good i then checked for fuel by seeing if the fuel pump comes on it does and i took the line off and tried starting the car and out came fuel so i know fuel is coming up top still wont fire up so i changed my CAS and temp sensor and it starts up without starter fluid but only stay running for 12 seconds before turning off again lol i dont know what else to do or what other problems to think of its my first experience with a Z anybody have any suggestings for me , hints?

PS. my ECU reads 55 meaning no malfuctions and the car stays on if i mash the gas peddle over and over ut eventually quits again. please help i NEED! to have my Dose and enjoyment of owning and driving a Z
