My 300zx turbo kick late?? HELP~!!!

Hello
I have 94 300zx twin turbo
JE piston, Eagle rods, 555CC injector, GT28R turbo, HKS down pipe, stillen exhaust, FMIC MBC 12psi)
Very tiny small leak off turbo maybe line.
Stock wastgate.
stock BOV, stock intake

My tubo kicks little late i can feel turbo kicks at 4.500 rpm mot of turbo feels kicks at 3000rp
right?
anybody know why m turbo kicks late?
maybe i have stock VOB???

also oil pressure guge there pressure # 0-60-120 right? and my oil pressure is 30.
is it ok? or bad??

what is a stock vob? also, regarding the oil pressure, it could be the oem oil pressure sender, it's known to go bad.

We need turbo specs, specifically the ars of the housings. Check to see if your oil pan is dented on the bottom, if not your sender is most likely off as stated.
