Yes they are . Car looks to be stock heght.

Car looks nice, can we get a full profile shot?

I'm glad to see some on a Q. They're 18x7.5 +35, so a 245/40 or so should be a nice fit. I hope to have a set on in the next week or so.

FWIW, the Murano tips the scales within 100 lbs of a standard Q.

Rex got all the specs right... they are Murano wheels. I did use the 245/40 tire size...so, I think you were right on for that size. I bought the Infiniti center caps to replace the original Nissan caps.

The car is not lowered... yet. Its actually an Active. So, once the active is confirmed to be operationally sound...Wes has suggested some options to drop it using adjustments to the height sensors.

You have "2" Active Qs....You're a very brave man or just simply nuts !

The car looks right with those wheels. How is the ride on 18" wheels and 40 series rubber?

Gray/gray is the only color for a Q, fits with my technologist pseudo-personality Silver Ice is a second. Actually Black and Blue interiors are a tiny bit better wearwise.

Beige and white cause mental anguish as the wear and cracks accumulate.

Can everbody start putting pics of their G50s with new wheels on the G50 "Sticky" at the top of the discussion forum thread page. I think that it would be cool if we could centralize the pics of the variety of wheel/suspension/etc. setups so we dont have to go thread hunting to see what our cars would look like with updated wheels etc. Just a thought. -EQwhipD

Grey - The ULTIMATE stealth weapon for the open road. I think adding a T spoiler would compliment it very nicely too!

Fancy wheels and exhaust and deck spoiler diminish the stealth factor, as does washing the car..............Haven't been pulled over in 16 years since I bought the Q......................even with "Q455" on the trunk.

What it's worth with a blown engine $455 or $55,000 if rear ended

Warning: Something strange about this car in front of me, or A bumper sticker "I brake well for insurance claims"........ Back off sucker.

M30, J30, Q45 offer nice combination Q300, J450, Q454 enough room for Q4500, Q5000.

Finally got my copy of MPH magazine [with Q story] $1.99 "That's way cheaper than a Whopper" under price circle...........I like the way these guys think, wish them well..........not Road and Track for sure!

Its a little more harsh, but not as bad as I had imagined. Certainly there is a difference when cornering...car seems to dig in to the corners a little more. I noticed a massive difference when accelerating out of a corner...car stays much more stable. Of course, that probably has to do with having an "active" that is semi-operational.

Probably the biggest difference I have noticed so far is that the car definately grabs the ruts on back roads. Roads that are severly crowned or which have significant ruts can be an adventure with the new tires.

Thanks for the compliments everyone! I'd be a liar if I said I didn't value the opinions of this board. Its nice to have a shiny toy that more people than just me like.

Ross- your car looks great, i like the murano 5-spokes much more than i thought i would (Rex will bug me to buy his now, i'm sure--although the 7-spoke FX are on the way....)

one comment on using the active height adjusters for lowering:of course it *can* be done over a limited range, and I've experimented as well. but my caution to all active owners is that the system is not really designed to operate below spec-may cause system instabilities as i have found.

also, a tip for any 'tweakers': use a tape measure on the wheel arch height, and unfasten the sway bay to get rid of torsion preload while balancing the heights.

Looking good. Props again for the choice of Murano wheels. They are a great fit, IMO.
