me at Shakespeare county raceway..



small burnout to warm the tyres up..









Staged..



Cobra gone..



and caught..



passed..



burnout aftermath..



and a broken fan belt finished my day..



thats not me by the way..thats Mike my mate who helped build the car..

there is defo more to come if I can get it off the line without bogging it or spinning it.......its ot that easy you know....

It's looking good big tone! Have you considered some sort of launch control or traction control system (racelogic)? That would really help that beast scoot down the track.

yes we are going to use launch control but not traction control..should be done before my next outing next month....

also going to try a set of these

what cams u run now.... hyd or solid lifters ?torque curve probably the best ca18 one I can recall.Was that an engine dyno ? Does boost respond same on the street ?

on your previous combo;Are the piper "re-profiles" specs from your 20G setup still 'top secret' ?Reprofile is the same as regrinding the stock cam ?Seems like they -could- be a reasonable priced proven option.Did you run stock hyd lifters with performance valvesprings on the pipers ?Any 1/4 mile ET on the old stuff ?I think I can remember a catastrophoic gbox explosion when u tried slicks ?

It'd be cool to see this car go 10s.your projects always turn out to be top shelf
