ive never heard of a 2 way viscious. anyways, imo, i think coilovers should be your first thing you should work on. and as for the ca18.... imo, not chassis compliantmrzabala wrote: VLSD 2 way
Yeah. My car is loud. I have coilovers with solid pillowball mounts, subframe spacers, and a 2.5" exhaust. It's not unbearable though. Never had a girl complain, so it must not be that bad. You can hear cool clunking noises, the differential, frame creaks, and other badass noises though, so it's worth it.mrzabala wrote:Can you hear the noise now and more than when you had the carpet and sound tar? How is it on the freeway going around 60-80?
Appliance enamel. It's scratch resistant, heat resistant, easily cleanable, and very hard. Great stuff. It reccomended not using primer.mrzabala wrote:wow I think you just convinced me to take it off. I was going back and forth on Im leaving it on or Im taking it off, then I stayed with it. Alright consider my next project to take the stuff off. What paint did you use? Did you primer first before the paint? thanks
So many people were warning me about that when I was thinking about doing it that I almost didn't. I personally didn't notice much difference if any when compared to how hot it would get before painting it. Obviously when you leave the car sitting for awhile in the sun, it gets hot, and that surface itself get's hotter than it did before, but its not noticeable. Even during 102 degree days, it only takes a minute for my AC to cool down the car.koukicody wrote:sorry to thread jack real quick, but naeds240sx does your car get really hot inside with the black enamel paint???
