The project begins...lol. Suggestions/comments will be appreciated. Just dont get too harsh..it might hurt its feelings...lol. The gutting should be finished in about a week, between work and all. The SR20DET should be ordered in4-6 weeks. Oh.. and the fog isnt really fog...it is just so humid that the lense on the camera fogged over...lol. sorry I had to resize the pics.

haha, take that vinyl stuff off the taillights to start with..maybe get rid of that spolier, or color match it... then paint the interior back to black so it matches... maybe get some decents tires and wheels that match... that would be a start...

Wheres your valve cover? I hope you dont drive like that..

Also I think it would be in your best interests to remove the rear 240sx coupe emblem.

I have to be honest, the rear lights are not my favorite. Stock or smoked lights are very clean and look good on the car. The spoiler actually doesnt look that bad, hmm.

I really love the doughnut in the front!lol, dont hurt me...

Yea I just bought the car a couple weeks ago. That was fun tryin to get it on the trailer. It was rainy, on black slippery asphault, and there was no way of filling the donut(it bursteded)...lol. Me and like 3 others pushed it up the trailer. Yea I began the gutting right after I was done with the pics...so there is not much of the interior left. So, I am definatley a long ways from finished...lol. Oh yea.....the motor is blown. The guy said it was a head gasket and that he was going to fix it and sell it, but after he described what happened(ran it hot for like 20 miles, weird noises, LOCKED UP, I think it is safe to say that that motor is in KA heven right now)

Some suggestions...ditch the front 91-94 nissan emblem and the rear 95-98 "240SX" emblem.

To that and the car would look a world better. It's a little hard to see through the paint...but I'm seeing it.

Get an engine in there and not a KA24E. ;-)

Even if the car never comes together, you could definitely have a lot of fun working on it.

id say get a paint job. Maybe get a s15 conversions kit. Gut the whole interior except for the front dash and the door pannels...

Wait what is your purpose for this car? Race/Drift or everyday car?

Looks like the previous owner liked the rice . It should turn out alright, fix those hideous taillights and remove the 95+ emblem, and I'd repaint that center console garnish black again.... kinda looks weird when its the only thing red. I noticed the headlight raise button is off..... might of had some sleepy eye going on, and the black spoiler does kinda look good. Should be fun good luck!

I agree, it should be a great, fun project.

Some people would much rather work with their hands then to buy everything new.

Ok.... the car is pretty much going to be a street /track car. I am almost finished with the gutting. I just have to finish removing the dash(having a little bit of trouble) Still not sure if I am am going to replace the dash though. I am a sheetmetal worker so I am sure that I can form an aluminum replacement. But I am afraid that it will look like a bag of a$$, so advice on that would be greatly appreciated. The SR20 will be ordered in like 6-8 weeks. But for now the plan is to make it a drift car. So I dont want to make the exterior all bling bling and then bump a wall or something(would suck).

Haha, looks better than the '90 Hatch I bought yesterday.....

At least all your body panels are intact, although mine did come with a nice set of teardrops and a really good interior. It's an auto though.

Is that a collection of spark plugs on the floorboard? lol. Cool project, I hope you have a wad of cash laying somewhere though. Good luck.
