first would be fix the motor, and get a radiator. then bodywork, and get rid of the nasty brown interior the dash is cracked in some spots, and some interior pieces need need fixed. but im hoping to source out a nice black dash, and hopefully a full black interior. weird thing is the trunk area behind the back seat, the carpets black and the trim is black...so idk. it has a stock exhaust with a magnaflow muffler. also need to find a rear privacy cover. need some power window black door panels too. guess that's it for now...time to find a job, been trying forever but this town has nothing....guess that's what you get for being stuck in the middle of cornfields.

is the radiator...the same for the sohc as the dohc? i just found one on cl....but its from a ka24de...will it work for me?

true, well i found a radiator, and a un cracked black dash and full black interior. with electric fans for the radiator all for 100. im broke...but im bout to call dude back and see if i can trade a nice sony cybershot.

so hes gonna trade me and give me a lil cash...and ima get the dash all the black interior the privacy cover for the hatch, the radiator and electric fans, and coolant overflow tank....

going to get it all tomorrow afternoon.

Are you gonna daily drive your new project? If yes make sure to take care of that vin # before you drive. One of my friend got locked up because he forgot to change that vin, the right way.

dudes got like 2-3 240's with sr's. he's also hooking me up with a quick realese hub for my steering wheel =D

and the other weird thing is....dude that sold me the car...had someone that wanted to buy it a few weeks ago for 700 but the title said it was a prior salvage. so dude didnt follow through with it. dude that im getting the interior from tomorrow is the same guy that was gonna give 700 for my car....lol...all true...no bs...i was like oh hell no thats awesome....

and i called missouri dmv bout the title and its not a salvage title no more...whatever the problem was was fixed and inspected. so thats all clear...

he means that when you switch the dash into the car, the vin on the car and dash will be different. hence if you get pulled over and the cops check the vin, theyll see two different vin #'s and think you stole it or some crap. just remove the vin plate on the new dash and get a rivet gun to rivet your old dash's vin to the new one...and paint the rivets black or something to make it look like it wasnt tampered with.

If it has black carpet and tan interior the Vin won't match anyway, unless they moved it to the tan dash. I thought only coupes had tan, my guess it used to not have an interior and the dude found someone throwing away a tan interior.(common)
