my 240sx hatch project

im 15 years old and loved 240s since i could remember.lol i bought a 1990 240sx hatch had 256xx engine was blown,interior wanst great,paint wasnt great and suspension,rack and pinion etc where shot.the car is clean tittle.I paid 550 for it.Im going to completly restore it and leave it sik!!! ill update after everything i do.

i stripped the whole car interior! we took out the original ka24e single cam and bought a freshly rebuilt twin cam setup including everything powersteering,harness,ecu etc.

bought new rack and pinion tein hr coiloverall new tie rods 300zx caliperseay 3.5 pipe 4.5 outlet exhaustmomo competition steering wheelwant to get body kit or type xaftermarket shift knobracing seats59inch spoilergot dash and panels fiberglassedpainted all interior peaces with vinyl paintbought new carpet kitwelded diffgetting some stuff powdercoated(valve cover,calipers,etc)

GETTING:car painted same colorwhen i have the money rota p45.

and 2 of the front whick are tenzos 4 lug 17s

i was thinking of some rotas maybe the r32 but i dont know just some wide 5 or 6 spoke low offset rims i wantthem to either stick out a bit or get right to the end of fender not tucked in.

fiberglassed panel ill have all the pics when there all finishedchuki bumper i have signals and vents i also bought both fenders(mine were beat)bumper needs sanding.but is in excelllent condition.seats arnt anything special but i like them and thats what matters.lol pic is kinda old! but they still look the same.

progress.

installed new tie rods,rack and pinion,and some bushings.bought from napa.i also purchased new ngk blue cables,and ngk plugs.

putting in engine!

wheels are kinda off because new tie rods car needs to be alligned.new rack and pinion installed paint looks kinda funky beacuse we washed the engine bay with some purple ......cleaning liquid and it f***ed up the rack y pinions color in some areas.i payed 295 with my core.and 25 each for tie rods.

hey buddy good luck with the car just do us all a favor and dont make it a fast and the furious car. leave all stock aeros and build one hell of a KA recommendation dont put that tokyo drifft wing on it will make it loo like hell.

updates!!!!some body work done,for those f*****s that didnt believe me !!!got tein hr coilovers with pillow...etc.















got dash fiberglassed!!!!!! getting hud cluster,installed momo have to get longer screws to put in center piece.





for all those f***** that didnt believe me here are the aluminum 30mm calipers.

i was thinking the same thing... good luck with that... but good progress otherwise. the fiberglass is not my cup of tea, but it looks really good.
