Hello all this is my first post and i am happy to be a part of this forums. I live in the caribbean and i recently got a 1992 nissan S13 RHD 240sx with an rb20 swap in kind of a poor state. So far i have done alot of work on it and should be getting a S13 front cut with sr20det for a new dashboard and condenser and other small parts and pieces. The engine is a 1994 rb20det with a custom fabricated copper clutch, rb20de drivetrain for shorter gear ratios and the engine has a turbo from nissans VQ30DET V6 single turbo which is alot larger than the stock rb20 turbo. Not sure if anyone can get me any info on that turbo. Also has a MAF sensor from a VG30dett. It had 2 inch intercooler piping and a stock mk3 supra intercooler running 11psi everyday and a solenoid for 14 psi for track days. I already have a aem fuel pressure regulator with all stock injectors. I recently upgraded the intercooler piping to 2.5 inch with a like new spearco mk3 upgrade intercooler since i suspected the car had lots of air restriction. This brought everyday 11psi settings up to 14psi which with the increased volume shows how restrictive the old piping and intercooler was. It also is running on a mines programed ecu for the rb20det. The last owner clamped down the diaphram on the fuel pressure regulator so that it closed off the return line and i suspect this has been killing my fuel pump since it is running 60psi fuel pressure and now under full boost over 4000rpm it starts to lose fuel pressure and run lean. Can anyone verify that if i replace the fuel pump with a walbro 255 if this will by any chance fix the prob? I still have much work to do and am taking it step by step. Any help and information would be greatly appreciated.
Some pics will follow

And all the old piping
We don't have a dyno on this island so any idea what HP numbers i may be looking at on about 95 - 96 octane fuel? We also don't have much part shops and ordering car parts has a 60% duty so much of the work is done at home and piping and parts are homemade with whatever we can work with so bare with me
