My car battery recently died in a parking lot so I left it there overnight. I returned the next day with a new battery, and put it in. Now when I turn my car on, my tac, dash lights, head lights, internal car light that usually turns on when I open door, etc. dont turn on unless I rev above 3000 or drive over 20km/h. I have a remote start and remote unlock.. but because there is no power to anything when the car is turned off, they dont work. NEED help.. I have been told it may be my ECU, but I'm not sure how to fix that. HELP PLEASE!!

your car is not in limp mode. I don't know where you got that term for waht's happening to you right now. But if your remote start and keyless won't work then it's pretty obvious you've got a blown main ignition fuse since that is what is generally tapped into for power on a remote start. So do the obvious and check your fuses mainly check your 75 amp alternator fuse.
