my 240 keeps stalling? HELP!

I'm gonna make it short and sweet.

Whenever i let my car idle for 10 or so minutes, my gear shifter starts to violently shake. When i proceed to put the clutch in, OR when i'm idling at a stoplight (after driving once my car has warmed up), my RPMS rise and fall really rapidly, and my car usually stalls. Any ideas?

I'm really lost.

dude!!!i got the same exact prob. today..and black smoke is comin out of my exhaust..(unburnt fuel)...could it be the wires or the ignition???i NEED help

hahaha..its been fixed..lol...the stock intake pipe was loose!!!thats all!!!
