my 240 doesnt get over 3000 rpm????

i can be in any gear while at 3000 rpm the car doesnt increase in speed and it forces me to shift into the next gear... i think its to Oxygen sensor..??

First off all welcome to nico, second is that you probably wont get the answer in the Nico general forum. Post the this in the 240 forum.

Sounds like a bum MAFS or poor connection. Look on the 240SX.org FAQ for "ECU Codes" and pull codes.

Yeah, you could check connectors and replace parts forever and never find out what's wrong.

It definitely sounds like it's in "limp home" mode since you can't rev over 3000rpm. Post back if you have any problems pulling the codes.

I think a disconnected mafs doesnt let you go over 2500 rpm, or less. I think. Could be malfunctioning I guess too, but I wouldn't know exactly what happens at that point. I know TPS does exactly what he's describing if disconnected though :-) Or really bad grounding, which was my problem.
