Dude you will spend a lot more money fixing it. TRUST ME I KNOWTRY TO FIGHT THAT. It was clearly his fault, talk to a lawyer and talk to your insurance comp about it. It looks like it was a hard hit (any accident is 4 times the speed they were going, for ex. 45mph = 180mph FORCE)
But I would try to get another one. Part that one out and get another one. You have frame damage no doubt, also the the suspension is tore up, you will need a frame puller to even get the car right to get parts off. But if you do try to fix it, I work at a body shop and might be able to get some parts for you. I have a fender, hood door, and bunches of other parts.just my 2 cents
