Can I purchase a used 2010-2014 radio with bluetooth and will it be a plug n play ? Do I only purchase the radio or also the screen too ? Or is there an alternative solution ?

From what I can see, the base sound systems in the FX all used a "telephone adapter unit" right through '14. So you'd have to upgrade to a navi to get bluetooth self-contained, and frankly that's impractical. You'd be into changing both the Main and Body Harnesses or doing a ridiculous amount of rewiring and new wiring. You'll be much better served to go aftermarket.

If you wanted to upgrade to a 2010-2017 Nav system with bluetooth and everything you could do that. You'd however need to adapt wiring (pinout, cut, splice, etc.) or purchase a harness adapter kit, such as this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/334124253577

Once you have the wiring in order you could then drop the parts right in.
If your main goal is to get bluetooth, there are a few alternatives in addition to what's mentioned above.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

With this bluetooth connection to my cell phone... and an FM connection to my radio... I now am able to quickly hear my cell phone calls (very clearly) over my Bose sound system. And I like that it measure my DC system voltage so I know if my alternator is putting out 14.0V.
