U-turns are impossible. You probably go through tires like once a month. It brings a shizload of attention to your car by everyone; the popo not exlcuded.White Comet wrote:i guess its just opinion. lots of ppl say they dont mind the welded diff on teh street. ive never had experience w/ one but i dont think i'd be a fan of a welded diff on a daily driver
I don't know, like today... I was taking NismoB13 to get his tire fixed, and we were making a turn onto the main boulevard. It has a center divider, so I had to cut the corner tight to keep from going into the other guy's lane. The car slid out. Police don't like stuff like that from what I hear. A 16 year old kid wearing a "Got Drift?" T shirt driving a lowered S13 is not very credible to them...
I didn't mean it that way.... I'm not young enough to know everything.. lolDattebayo wrote:
You'd be surprised, I used to own a 240 for the last 8 years
But I never understood why people own more than one. Like if you had a choice, would you eat hamburgers everyday with different toppings on them or would you have a different meal everyday?
But see, I have my black hatch with the SR. I never daily drove that thing. I took it for a few spins around the area, and that was is. Its been parked most of the time.
Then came the gold coupe. That thing didn't even have an engine in it for Pete's sake. I meant to build it, but the 510 came along, and I just couldn't pass it up.
So this car is really my "first" 240 in the sense that it will be the first I get to actually use on a day-to-day basis..
