So I am about to install an old sub that I had from another car into my Z. I'd rather not have it attract unwanted attention, so I looked in to a hatch cover and the OEM ones were $200+. I looked for a few ones from random models and nothing was the right size. So I bought a $20 one on eBay and it fits without much issue. I had to make 2 little holes for screws, but my car is far from pristine, so that didn't bother me.

I originally tried to attach it to the factory hooks on the hatch so that it would open and close with the hatch, but it just didn't work, so I put in the screws. The other end attaches to a clip under one of the panels. When the hatch is closed, it looks pretty stock from all angles.

It's a hatch cover for a GMC Acadia. All over eBay for just under $20. Here's the link I used:

It works, you are satisfied, I say "good job". And I will keep that in mind.
