my 1997 j30 infiniti is dead...please help!!

the other day i left my lights on and when i came back to the car it was dead...i thought it was the battery...i had to wait to get a jump after work..after work the headlights would come on but nothing else...i had my battery read with a meter and my batttery was 11.5..i then got a jump but still nothing...not even a sound like the car was trying to turn over..all the interior light are out...i purchase a brand new battery and still nothing except the headlights......i need help bad!!

Fuses ??Good connection on the Battery Ground cable ??(Both Ends)Strange that the headlights work and nothing else.Welcome to Nico !!

ill try that and get back...any help on getting those nbig fuses like the starter fuse out??

This has happened to me a few times. At your local auto parts store you can get a battery terminal cleaner which is basically a wire brush. clean the terminals and the connectors real well and that should do the trick. If not make sure the red box is connected well to the pos cable.

i checked the small fuses under the hood with a tester and they all had a good connnection...the big ones i couldnt get out....i put a brand new battery in the other day so the terminals are clean...when i turn the key im still not getting anything??
