Since the interior is already 1994 style I have also added the auto dimming mirror, the ashtray and the radio as well.

All in all it wasn't a terrible task but the hardest will come when I want to add the seat controls (painting them at least).

Please excuse the mess Haven't had a chance to clean it yet.

Don't worry I also bought this: http://www.harborfreight.com/c...92699 and I am going to test the fuel pressure tomorrow , Just proving that I am not all about looks.

1994-1996 Q45 Radio (Center console CD changer doesn't work, But I have one downstairs that goes to this radio but no harness )

1994-1996 Q45 Ash tray

And the Pain in the *** to install mirror

Don't know what else besides a BCM and key less entry a 1994 Q45 has over 1993.

Yea its wired in to the TCS fuse because the ILL fuse isn't getting any power [URL][zeropost?cmd=tshow&id=379870/URL] , Yet everything in the car is fine an dandy.

The hardest was removing vanity mirror and the housing for them (the vynil piece) That an making sure you don't lose any screws (Lucky for me I saved all the engine, cabin and trunk screws so yea I am covered).

But the wiring is simple just the green an ground together and blue and red together. "Then lefty loosy, righty tighty"

I've got a huge collection of spare screws, nuts, bolts, fasteners, etc. from the 3 partouts I've done. My collection has saved me trips to the stealership a few times.

I've heard that saying before. I think somewhere in this forum.

Ppastos...

Would you happen to know how I can add the AUTO Open/Close feature to my sunroof? 1994 Q45

First my switch was broken... I can surely open/close automatically with the use of a screwdriver to move that tiny switch.

2nd: I installed a sunroof switch from a 92 Q... and NO AUTO, the switch would open/close alright but only if you move the switch half-way.

3rd: I installed a sunroof switch from a 94 Q... and still NO AUTO, the switch works as it was designed. But its a pain in the ***.

Is there something I can doooo?? My friends tease me for not having AUTO OPEN/CLOSE and it makes me want to cry

To the best of my knowledge, it's just a feature that got taken out in the 94 and up. I love my Auto Driver's Window and the Auto Sunroof. I only wish that the window would roll itself back up too. Same with the Sunroof. I broke my switch while closing it. I still need to get a new switch.

It does not work then. Switch only opens sunroof when its in half-position.

I was also wondering if its possible to convert all the power window switches to AUTO. Or at least AUTO DOWN.

I'm going to get like 3 driver switches and swap/mod them see if it works

I guarantee you they will not work, Because the plugs won't match up trust me I have all window controls for spares. And I looked at the connector and there is an extra pin and wore for the auto down.

And they don't have any auto up for safety reasons

You have to modify your cars harness that goes to the motor to get it to work= a some what wast of time and money.

Perhaps the BCM controls the sun roof switch or motor you should look in the 1993 Q45 FSM and compare the wiring to the 1994 FSM wiring diagram.
