My EX35 is RWD so it does feel plenty quick - but as far the 335i the 0-60 most magazine clocks at around 4.8 to 5.0 seconds.ayap888 wrote:There's always the allure and excitement of having a sports sedan or sports car, compared to a crossover/SUV type ...
The BMW 335 can do 0-60 in 5.6 seconds. I have the RWD EX-35 and that can do 5.5 seconds as well. And the EX-35 can do slalom at 66 MPH, which can go head to head with other sports cars. So in terms of speed and performance, there's not much of a difference.
The main difference is the ride/handling. With the BMW, the driver gets a better feel of the road. I drive a German car as well - an Audi A6 .. and the handling/ride is pretty different .. much more solid and stable (not too different with the BMWs except for the quattro system). The EX35 has a smoother and more floaty ride ... just a different car. Performance-wise, both cars perform very well.
Enjoy.
Yes, but those BMW 335i tested a 4.8 - 5.0 seconds are the 'manual' transmission version. Base on your pics, you have the 'automatic' transmission, so that will not be as fast as the 335i with manual transmission.Mixelplux wrote:

The Automatic 335i is a tad slower at 5.3 - 5.6 seconds. And this compares to the EX35 RWD with automatic transmission. After all, the EX35 does not have a manual version. So, I think we should compare the 'automatic' versions.

Great set of cars. I have the same combo of cars. BO EX35 and AW BMW. I love both cars and would not leave either one out in cold.Mixelplux wrote:Picked it up last week335i /M Sport Package
